RFQ Brief

Send a pilot plant equipment RFQ

Send a concise process RFQ brief for UHT, mixing, homogenization, cleaning, sample filling, or modular pilot plant equipment. The more process context you provide, the more useful the configuration discussion becomes.

Before you send

Prepare product type, target throughput, heat treatment, cleaning method, utilities, and the evidence your trial must produce.

RFQ

Build an inquiry that engineering can actually use

This form generates a local email draft with your process summary so the technical team can respond with a focused configuration route.

What to Include

A stronger inquiry gets a stronger technical response

Most equipment conversations improve immediately when the first message includes process conditions, material risks, and installation limits.

Product and material risk

Include viscosity, particles, protein, fat, sugar, pH, heat sensitivity, foaming, and cleaning difficulty if known.

Process target

Include target flow, batch size, UHT or pasteurization target, holding time, homogenization pressure, and final temperature.

Utilities and site

Include steam, power, chilled water, compressed air, water quality, drain capacity, floor space, and installation limitations.

Validation output

Include the data, samples, reports, and repeatability evidence needed for internal approval or production scale-up.
